- Cancel before the next billing date: the terms promise neither reminders nor refunds for unused time.
- Check that the status changed and an end date is shown. The exact screen is behind the login, so we do not quote steps we have not seen — not verified.
- If a charge went through anyway, contact support: a refund is possible only as a discretionary decision.
